Vive CPR is a safety training company based in Sonoma County, California. Our mission is simple: provide high quality CPR, first aid, and safety training so that our clients are well-equipped to confidently and appropriately respond to emergency medical incidents. Our students leave our courses feeling confident, knowledgeable, and prepared to help when someone needs them most. We are passionate about what we do, because knowing how to save a life is always a critical skill!
Vive CPR makes it fun and easy to obtain or renew your CPR certification! We offer a variety of American Heart Association (AHA) certification classes, including adult, child, and infant CPR classes, BLS classes (Basic Life Support for healthcare providers), ACLS classes (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and First Aid classes in Sonoma County and the San Francisco Bay Area. We also offer non-certification courses such as “Infant CPR for Parents” and can customize a safety training class to fit your needs.
Our flexible training options include in-person classes, blended learning classes (online training combined with in-person skills sessions), and virtual classes (online via Zoom). Trainings take place in our convenient Rohnert Park classroom (just south of Santa Rosa off the 101 freeway), at your business, or in your home. Onsite training is available for private individuals and groups. We can even provide classes in Spanish, or outdoors (weather permitting). American Heart Association certifications are issued on the same day you complete the course.

Aaron Bates
Instructor
Aaron Bates began his career in emergency medical services in 2007, and has been a licensed paramedic and certified American Heart Association instructor since 2009. He has received advanced training as a critical care paramedic from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Medicine. Having worked throughout the San Francisco Bay Area in the field as a paramedic and firefighter/paramedic, at a trauma center, and as an instructor with various EMS education programs, Aaron has a unique perspective as a responder and educator, which helps enrich the learning experience you will receive in his classes. Aaron is a passionate educator who makes every effort to ensure students leave his classes feeling confident and empowered to help others.
