As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. Company reserves the right to use any collected photograph/video without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Company may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material such as websites, review sites, directories, brochures, advertisements, social media posts, blog posts, etc. Images and videos will not be identified using full names without written approval from the subject. Faces may also be blurred or removed, at the discretion of Company. If you wish not to have your image collected, please inform the photographer/videographer or contact the Company in writing at the address provided below. By participating in a Company event or by failing to notify Company of your desire to not have your photograph/video used by Company, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Company from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
